Are these adventures suitable for beginners?
Yes! Many of our activities are designed with first-timers in mind. Our experienced guides provide clear instructions and support throughout the journey, ensuring a fun and safe experience regardless of your skill level.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No prior experience is needed for most adventures. Whether it’s your first time kayaking or mountain biking, our team will guide you through the basics. We also offer advanced routes for those looking for a challenge.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. We do operate in light rain, so be sure to check the forecast and dress accordingly.
Are there any age or fitness requirements?
Most adventures require participants to be at least 12 years old and in reasonably good health. Some activities may have stricter requirements, which will be outlined when booking. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us beforehand.
Is safety equipment provided?
Yes, all necessary safety gear—such as helmets, harnesses, life jackets, and paddles—is included. Our equipment is regularly inspected and meets all safety standards. Your guide will ensure everything fits properly before the activity begins.

When should I arrive before the activity starts?
Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows enough time for check-in, safety briefings, and any necessary equipment fitting.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants are required to sign a waiver before taking part in any activity. You can usually complete this online in advance or on-site when you arrive.
What should I wear?

Can I bring snacks or drinks?
You’re welcome to bring water and light snacks, especially for longer activities. For your safety, alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the adventure.

Absolutely. Every adventure begins with a thorough safety briefing led by your guide. This ensures you understand the equipment, route, and safety protocols.
What happens if I’m running late?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re delayed. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may miss key briefings or be rescheduled depending on availability.
